Choosing Between Lengths

The Light Truss range is available in five lengths: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m and 3m sections. Your choice depends on the span you need to cover, the modularity required for transport, and how you plan to configure the layout. Shorter sections offer more flexibility when creating custom shapes or fitting into tight load-in spaces. Longer sections reduce the number of connection points across a straight run.

All sections share the same profile and connection system, so you can combine different lengths within a single rig to suit the geometry of your stage, set or architectural space.

What Makes Light Truss Different

MEGA-Lite's Light Truss doubles as a structural element and a lighting fixture. LED modules are integrated into the truss itself, so the product provides both rigging and illumination in one component. This approach is specified where the truss needs to be visible as part of the design, common in broadcast studios, concert stages, retail environments and architectural installations where traditional truss would be hidden or wrapped.

What Works With This Range

Light Truss is part of a broader system from MEGA-Lite that includes adaptors, plates and compatible rigging components. You'll also need:

• DMX control via a lighting console or controller such as the LightShark range
• Clamps and safety accessories to secure fixtures if you're mounting additional lighting onto the truss
• Cables for power and data distribution along the run

If you're designing a system that requires truss as a scenic feature rather than hidden infrastructure, this range is engineered for that application.
