Choosing Between Controllers and Consoles

The LS-Wing and LS-Core models are compact controllers that rely on tablet or phone apps for programming and playback. They add physical faders and buttons to the touch interface, ideal when you need tactile control without carrying a full desk. The LS-Core IO adds direct DMX output, so you can run small rigs without additional hardware.

The LS-1 is a standalone console with built-in screen, faders and encoder wheels. It runs the same software as the controller range but gives you a complete programming surface in one unit, suited to permanent installs or touring where you need a dedicated desk.

Expanding Your DMX Distribution

LightShark Nodes convert network data to physical DMX outputs, letting you distribute control across multiple universes without long cable runs. Available in one, two, four and eight-port versions, they're placed where your fixtures live rather than at front of house. Pair them with any LS controller or console to scale your system as your rig grows.

What Works Well With These Systems

  • DMX distribution hardware for splitting and amplifying signal to multiple fixture chains
  • Wireless DMX systems when you need to eliminate cabling between console and stage
  • Road cases sized for the controller or console you're running
  • Lighting fixtures from the GLP, CKC, MEGA-Lite and EZEVENT ranges, all of which work with standard DMX control

Fixture profiles for products in the StageKraft range are available on request through the service team. If you're specifying a system for a venue, touring rig or permanent install and need help matching controllers to your universe count, contact the sales team on +61 2 9982 1494.
