The RDM 4 is a compact DMX/RDM splitter designed to provide reliable signal distribution in installations and at events where a compact solution is required without compromising on professional performance.It features one DMX/RDM input and four fully isolated outputs, ensuring safe signal distribution and greater protection against interference and electrical faults. Furthermore, it incorporates a ‘Thru’ output linked to the input, which allows the original signal to be forwarded directly to other devices without passing through the unit’s internal electronics.Like the rest of the RDM X range, the RDM 4 allows RDM data transmission to be enabled or disabled according to the installation’s requirements and incorporates a built-in 120 ? terminator to ensure proper signal integrity.Its main advantage is its ultra-compact design, sharing the same chassis as the LightShark Node series.
